Sustainability & Environment

Kind to Nature,
Measured Every Year.

Our environmental work is infrastructure, not a campaign. Solar on the roof, solvent back in the loop, recyclable structures in the catalogue, and every one of them tracked against a number.

Strategic Goals

Four Commitments, Built Into the Plant

Each goal has an owner, a budget and a target date. This is how the factory runs, every shift.

Goal 01

Energy Transition

Grow our rooftop solar array until renewables cover production, and buy certified green power for the rest. Target: fully renewable electricity by 2028.

Goal 02

Waste & Solvent Management

Recover process solvent in a closed loop, segregate every waste stream on the floor and send zero production waste to landfill by 2027.

Goal 03

Circular Product Design

Offer a recyclable mono-material alternative in every product group we serve, without asking brands to give up barrier or machinability.

Goal 04

Certification & Transparency

Keep every management system independently audited, publish our metrics annually and share the data behind any claim a customer prints on a pack.

Success Metrics

The dashboard we report against, updated every year.

Commitments are easy. Numbers are not. These are the four we hold ourselves to, with progress toward each target.

72% Solar-Powered Production

Target: 100% renewable electricity by 2028.

200 t Solvent Recovered Yearly

Closed-loop recovery, chemistry back in the process.

25+ Countries, Eco-Design Exports

Recyclable structures in every market we serve.

10+ Product Groups, Recyclable Option

Target: every group in the catalogue by 2027.

Circular by Design

Recyclable structures, without the compromise.

A pack is only recyclable if the whole laminate belongs to one stream. That is a materials engineering problem, and it is ours, not our customers'.

See Formats With Eco Options

Mono-PE

Full polyethylene laminates, including MDO-PE print webs, that run in the PE film stream.

Mono-PP

Polypropylene structures with high clarity and heat resistance for demanding fill lines.

Paper-Based

Kraft-look webs with a thin functional liner, designed for fibre-stream recovery.

Reduced, before recycled

Downgauging comes first: thinner webs, lighter laminates and right-sized formats cut material use before a pack ever reaches a recycling stream. Our R&D team reviews every reorder for a lighter build.

Certifications

Audited Claims, Not Slogans

Every environmental statement on this page sits on an independently audited system.

ISO 14001

Environmental management system.

ISO 50001

Energy management and efficiency.

BRCGS Packaging

Global standard for packaging safety.

FSSC 22000

Food safety system certification.

On the Ground

What Sustainability Looks Like at the Plant

Not a report page. Concrete, visible infrastructure you can stand next to on a site visit.

Rows of solar panels seen from above

Rooftop Solar Array

Panels across both production halls feed the presses directly, with output on a live meter at the plant entrance.

Converting line fitted with solvent capture ducting

Solvent Recovery Plant

Capture ducting above the gravure line returns solvent to process purity on site, closing the loop shift after shift.

Segregated waste collection bins in bright colours

Segregated Waste Streams

Film trim, cores, inks and office waste are separated at source, weighed and tracked to their recovery route.

Make the Switch

Moving to a recyclable structure is a project. We run it with you.

Send us your current pack and we will map it to a mono-material or paper-based equivalent, test it on your line and document the claim for your market.
