Retained Engineering runs on a three-month minimum so a delivery rhythm can take hold, then continues month to month. You can pause or stop with 30 days notice. There are no multi-year lock-ins.
Hardware, machine parts, and third-party licences are passed through at cost with your approval. Travel to sites outside the Netherlands is billed at cost. Everything engineering related is inside the quoted fee.
Most Assessments begin within two weeks of a signed scope. A retainer can start the week an Assessment closes, since the team already knows your plant. Turnkey timelines are set in the program quote.
Always. We sign your NDA before the first audit and agree the target KPIs in writing as part of the scope. Progress is measured against those numbers on a live dashboard, not a story we tell at the end.
