A passport or driving licence, plus your policy and membership number if you are using insurance.

Include doses and any supplements. A photo of the boxes on your phone is perfectly fine.

Gather recent test results
Any bloods, scans or letters from the last year help your doctor build a full picture faster.
Complete your intake form

Yes. Private prescriptions are issued at your appointment and sent to a pharmacy of your choice. If your insurer needs a referral letter, we prepare one free of charge.
Absolutely. Our pediatric team sees children of every age, from newborn checks onward, and there is space in the waiting room for family. Same-day appointments are available when your child cannot wait.
