Local moves are billed hourly. Long-distance and freight are priced by mileage and route, quoted as a flat figure up front.
More rooms and heavier inventory mean more crew and truck space. We estimate volume during the survey so the quote holds.
Stairs, long carries, and tight parking add labor time. Flagging them early keeps moving day on schedule and on budget.
Weekends, month-ends, and peak season book fast and price higher. Flexible dates unlock our best rates.

Pricing Questions
Yes. Every estimate is free and, once we have surveyed the job, the figure we give is the figure you pay unless the scope changes on your side.
Local moves are hourly with a clear minimum. Long-distance moves and freight are quoted as a single flat rate so there are no surprises on arrival.
A small refundable deposit secures your date. It comes straight off the final invoice, and it is fully refundable if you cancel with reasonable notice.
Only a change you make: extra items, a new address, or added services. We confirm any adjustment with you before the crew acts on it.
