About Sprout
We started Sprout so every child could find a sport they love, a coach who knows their name, and a place that feels safe to try, miss, and try again.
Our story
Sprout Athletics grew from a single after-school soccer group into a multi-sport academy across three campuses. What has never changed is our belief that children learn best when they are having fun, feel safe, and are cheered on for effort long before results.
We keep groups small, coaches certified, and competition age-appropriate. Winning is a nice bonus. Confident, active, happy kids who ask to come back next week are the real goal.
Our coaches
Every coach is youth-certified, background-checked, and genuinely great with children. They coach character first and skills close behind.

Our philosophy
Practices are built like games. When training feels like play, kids show up eager, take more reps, and pick up real skills without even noticing.
Secure check-in, first-aid trained coaches, and small groups mean we always know where every child is and how they are doing.
No benching, no favorites. Sessions are designed so everyone gets touches, minutes, and a genuine shot at their next small win.
Safety first
Every coach holds a current youth coaching certification and clears a full background check before their first session with kids.
We keep kid-to-coach ratios low so no child waits on the sideline. More reps, faster progress, and a coach who truly knows them.
Bright, inspected campuses with soft surfaces, secure entries, and equipment sized for young bodies at every age group.
