People, Soil, and the Long Work of Regeneration

Verdano is a team of agronomists, growers, and data specialists helping working farms move to regenerative systems, one season and one field at a time.

Our Story

Verdano started in the field, not the boardroom, walking tired ground with the growers who farm it and asking one plain question: what would it take to leave this soil better than we found it, season after season, without asking the harvest to wait.

What began as a handful of on-farm trials has grown into a practice that pairs field science with hands-on seasonal support. We are not here to hand over a glossy report and disappear. We stay through planting, through drought, and through the seasons when the plan meets the weather.

Every farm we work with keeps its own character. Our job is to read the land honestly, respect the economics that keep it running, and build a transition the people who work it can actually follow.

What We Stand For
In Every Field

The Principles That Guide How We Farm With You

Soil We Can Measure

We treat living soil as the foundation of every plan, and we prove progress with samples, not slogans.

Farmer-Led Design

Plans are built with growers, not handed to them, so the practices fit the crew, the calendar, and the budget.

Water as an Asset

We design for every drop, treating catchment, storage, and irrigation as long-term infrastructure, not a yearly scramble.

Long-Horizon Thinking

We make decisions for the farm a decade from now while keeping it productive and profitable this season.

By The Numbers

Impact We Can Point To In The Ground

Measured across the working farms in our transition programs, tracked season over season and reported back to the growers who own the land.

How We Work

From First Soil Sample to a Farm That Improves Every Season

The same steady, structured path we walk with every farm, wherever it is in its regenerative journey.

01

Listen & Assess

We start on the ground, learning your land, water, and goals before we recommend a single change.

02

Build The Roadmap

A season-by-season plan that lines regenerative goals up with the realities of a working farm.

03

Work It Together

We stay hands-on through implementation, from cover crops to water infrastructure and everything between.

Measure & Improve

We track soil, water, and yield each season and tune the plan as the land responds.
